Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

The UK and France are getting pummeled by COVID.

How is that the case? If the figures are to be believed - but they're almost certainly exaggerated due to the reasons I've explained before - 0.01% of Britons have died from coronavirus, whereas more have died from the flu this year.

Hardly a pummelling.

And don't forget, a large number of those who have died from coronavirus in New York City would have died anyway from something else, which makes the slightly higher number of daily and monthly deaths in that city not as big a rise as it seems.

I heard it. I thought Trump was fairly credible today when that other asshole gave him a chance to get a word in edgewise!

I too thought Trump did better today compared to other days. He actually allowed others to speak somewhat.

Unclaimed NYC Coronavirus Victims Will 'Likely' Be Buried on Hart Island 'In the Coming Days'
"There will be no mass burials on Hart Island," said Mayor Bill de Blasio. "Everything will be individual and every body will be treated with dignity."

The only people being buried on Hart Island are the unclaimed as has been the case in NYC for decades. Trump did mention Hart's Island in his briefing today.

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

Seems that De Blasio all but admits that there are victims of coronavirus already buried on Hart Island. I am curious as to why he is so reluctant to just admit it. Could it be because down the road, and as suggested in the link by at least one funeral director, that there could be a situation where they would be required to disinter bodies that would be claimed by loved ones? At any rate, something isn't quite right.

The 569 deaths in Canada caused by Covid 19 is a bit of a misnomer - I would guess 500 of them were caused by heart disease, diabetes, emphysema, C.O.P.D. , H.I.V. cancer and years of hard living including excessive smoking.

Is it though? Or is it that the underlying health issues made the virus worse and had they not caught the virus, would likely still be living?

I think you are largely correct, but for how long? Another week? month? year?

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

As in most countries, most of them didn't die from coronavirus.
