Stupidest comment you have made yet. ANd you have made many really stupid ones. The best case scenario is the bands along the route buy or are given the pipeline. Worst case is trudOWE breaks up TM and sells the pieces to his backers for pennies on the dollar.

No spill in Canada yet from Keystone our protocols and procedures are much higher than the US standards. Keystone cut out a coupon from the failed pipe and sent it in to be tested to try and figure out the reason for the failure, I'm willing to bet it wasn't pipe from EVRAZ, highest pipe making standards in the world.
