I think we've already witnessed two! Impeachment is not such a big deal as many people believe.
I was thinking of Bill Clinton - now this where it gets murky. From what I understand he was in fact impeached even thought it didn't go anywhere. Impeachment merely means challenged or charged, but not necessarily convicted. I might be wrong about this - maybe someone can let me know.
