Well, all except for that law, in place for 95 years, that says Congress can look at tax returns.

There are a number of conditions and limitations, none of which you understand, and none of which you are capable of understanding through the haze of your blind adoration of your Dear Leader.

And none of which justify Mnuchin refusing to turn over the records.

New York legislature approves bill that would allow Congress to access Trump's state tax records

The legislation, which gives the state the authority to hand over copies of President Trump's state returns if congressional tax committees request them, now heads to Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo (D), who has supported the effort.

It's unclear whether House Democrats will request the state records, after a spokesman for the House Ways and Means Committee said the state documents were not relevant to the committee's investigation.

They can take comfort in the fact that she also lost to a junior senator from Indiana with a very thin resume .
