Actually, I'm very good at what I do and they pay me shit-piles of money to do it. I have been working with those products since 1987, way before you were born, Bondo.

I don't expect you to "get" the concept based on your posting "intelligence" on here.

P.s. Do you go around checking to see if locks are locked, since you know all about it?

Creepy!

Oh Comrade Curious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your HYPOCRISY IS SHOWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You get paid - in your own words - "a SHITLOAD OF MONEY" - to build and install security devices in a society where LIE-berals are TOO DAMNED LAZY AND CHEAP to bother enforcing our laws!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And LIE-berals are unwilling to waste THEIR GRAVY on any of the following:

The rehabilitation of criminals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The punishment of criminals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The incarceration of criminals so they may be safely SEPARATED from the society they sought to prey upon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You ARE a true follower of Joe Clark...................................WHO????????????????????????????????

But that is the Socialist WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You want capitalism and competition to ensure the prices of the things you buy are kept low!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And you desire LIE-beral Socialism to create conditions where you can make a "shitload of money" selling YOUR product to frightened citizens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the story - very entertaining, sure enough.

Repeating something over & over doesn't make it into fact or even reasonable assumption. It's a hallmark, for example, of the very worst politicians.

Safety rules, which is what that is, are impressed on people by repetition.

When I was firearms trainer for armoured car personnel, there were a couple of rules I beat into them over and over.

There is no excuse for leaving a loaded handgun anywhere but holstered on your person, or in your hand. In short, you have to be in control of the weapon at all times.

And yeah, I love that story. :)

Ah, sorry; my eye skipped over that one word "loaded."

As the cop said who stopped me yesterday; you have to be paying full attention all the time.

There was a story out there a few years ago about a policeman that stopped a little old lady and asked for her driver's license. As trainers advise, she presented her CCW (license to carry) with her driver's license.
The officer, surprized, asked "Are you carrying now?"
"Yes" said the lady, "I've a .38 in my purse."
"Do you have any other guns?" the officer asked.
"Yep" she replied "a 9mm in the console, and a .380 in the glove box"
"Lady", said the officer, "What are you so afraid of?'
She looked him in the eye "Not a damn thing" she replied.
LOL
That said, as I have repeated over and over on these threads, there are only two acceptable places for a loaded handgun.......in your hand, or in a holster on your person.

And NOT on the nightstand.

That's what the shotgun under the bed is for.

CC, I don't care how much you make or how much you think you know about locks, just keep your filthy mitts off my door handle you "creepy" creep.

When you said locks are for honest people, you pretty much implied that honest people can't cross a parking lot without committing a crime unless they check all car door locks and find them locked. You need to give your head a shake and think before you speak.

You are making my point for me. I don't go around checking to see if locks are locked. That would be a waste of my time since I have no interest in stealing or trespassing. I don't know whether it is your job or you liberal values but you have a distorted view on what honesty is all about. Oh, and you are dumb as hell. Spilledthebeer is more sane and rational than you are.

"locks are for honest people" - I'm not sure if you are aware of it but there is the old adage "Locks only keep out honest people" wherein there is a little truth. :)

That's what price I meant ... and it's true. Real, determined, professional thieves will get through anything just the way that determined hackers will eventually overcome any encryption. If you can make a code/lock, you can break a code/into a lock.

you are the dumbest person on this forum. dumber than spillthebeer.

locks aren't needed for honest people, they are needed for dumb/lazy dishonest people.

I suggest that you don't spend another minute trying to understand.

Honest people know how to break through it too, but they don't because they are honest. you will never understand that because you are so dumb as to believe every adage your boss taught you.

Believe me. My boss did not teach me that. My boss is not that sophisticated ... just a good salesman.
