For one thing the Quebec provincial Charbonneau Inquiry heard testimony that "multiple engineering firms were engaged in bribery"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And yet ONLY Lavalin has been investigated or charged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
