This time of year it’s common for progressives to view Republicans as a bunch of Scrooges. But when it comes to charity, this simply is not true.
Republicans are more generous in their charity giving than either Democrats in the United States or Europeans at large. Further evidence was gathered in a January, 2016 Occasional Planet survey of Americans.

I guess that the richest 2% that control 98% of the wealth vote Republican because if the tax advantages of doing so. They're the ones with all of the dough. THe difference here is that when a conservative wants something doesn't he goes out and does it. WHen a leftard wants something done the first thing they do is demand raising taxes and hire a bunch of government employees to ruin it.
Simmualarily when a conservative sees something he doesn't like he doesn't do it while a leftard demands a law against whatever he finds offensive.
Mainly higher tax brackets than themselves so they won't be effected in their personal lives while enjoying the benefits

There is no proof that republicans give any more to charity than democrats.
Adding up tax deductions for charitable donations is only one metric.
This argument has been settled years ago and the natty's just won't let it go.
