Democrats have secured a House majority, ending two years of complete GOP control in Congress and setting up battles with Trump
The party has flipped the 23 seats it needs to gain the majority, with wins in suburban districts in New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia, and its candidates are leading in several others. A Democratic House majority would end two years of the GOP control of all levers of government and is certain to press for Trump's tax returns and investigate his administration.
