Boofing means anal sex, and Devil's Triangle refers to a threesome between 2 guys and a girl, where the guys don't make eye contact.

So Kavanaugh HAD to lie or die of embarrassment.

TRAVEL PHOTOS, EX-BF SWORN STATEMENT SEAL FORD’S FATE AS A LIAR
Documented, extensive travel history contradicts “fear of flying” claim

A newly surfaced letter by Ford’s ex-boyfriend also directly refutes Ford’s claims, saying she “never expressed a fear of close quarters, tight spaces, or places with only one exit,” which were supposedly at the crux of her fear of flying.

“While visiting Ford in Hawaii, we traveled around the Hawaiian Islands including one time on a propeller plane. Dr. Ford never indicated a fear of flying. To the best of my recollection Dr. Ford never expressed a fear of close quarters, tight spaces, or places with only one exit. I assisted Dr. Ford with finding a place to live in [redacted] California. She ended up living in a very small, 500 sq. ft. house with one door,” the ex-boyfriend said in the letter.

Additionally, sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell also confirmed Ford traveled extensively for surfing trips despite her supposed fear of flying during her sworn testimony.

Dem senator reveals Kavanaugh supporters threatened female staffers: ‘They hope they are sexually assaulted’

https://www.rawstory.com/2018/10/de...ally-assaulted/?utm_source=push_notifications

THIS is Trump America. ........getting uglier and uglier and losing all semblance of civility. It is laughable when anyone talks about "core"........letalne "family" valules in theUS.. The deterioration of such isnot onlyevidnt......but fostered by their dear leader.

*************

FBI investigation into Kavanaugh is over 1,000 pages and there’s one copy senators must read in less than 24 hours

https://www.rawstory.com/2018/10/fb...-less-24-hours/?utm_source=push_notifications

.......Just going through the motions. to placate.. nothing in depth.

He will get in..........because that is the state that the US is at now. Credentials and character don't matter.......... Smoke and mirrors -nothing more.

Could be that Kavanaugh sees it in the same manner. He obviously has a low opinion of women or he wouldn't advocate for taking women's reproductive rights away from them.

That may not be a conclusive opinion on women's right, so much as the rights of the fetus who never has a chance to speak up and in many people's opinion should supersede any women's rights!

I agree. Kavanaugh should get the nomination ASAP.

I'm not so sure. I think they are both a couple of 'worms' - I have the impression he grew up believing his 'wrongs' superseded everyone else's rights and he might believe the laws are just written for certain people! I don't really like the f**ker.

Until someone comes up with a way of interviewing a fetus in the womb, I doubt we'll hear from one, JLM. Supercedeing a woman's rights over her own body is not something I would ever support. That said, there should be strict limitations placed on abortions as there have been cases where a fetus was aborted because a woman didn't take the necessary precautions to prevent pregnancy and saw the unborn child as nothing more than an inconvenience.

It looks like Kavanaugh is in.

I've watched a couple of interviews with Jamie Roche; Kavanaugh's freshman roommate at Yale. I'm not that impressed with his coming out of the mists of time to grind an axe that should have been buried long ago. Nothing like kicking someone when he's down and unable to fight back to get your jollies for the day. He's CEO of a couple of tech companies in San Francisco. It doesn't seem to be out of jealousy for unrealized ambitions. He's just mean spirited naturally it appears.

Roche came out with some subjective and irrelevant 'impressions' of Kavanaugh for payback or for politcs. It just locks in his a bully boy personna. He seems to have come from the social, matriarchal, parish side of Yale culture; very credulous of Debbie Ramirez despite there being absolutely no evidence of any assault. Kavanaugh came from the athletic, patriarchal, monastic community of Yale, rigorously disciplined (except for Saturday nights) and very clannish. It's a divide that has separated ecclesiastical cultures in the West for 2 millenia.. from which its academic culture was spawned.

Some people just want their 15 minutes of fame. The type that will go into a crowded room with one light bulb, and a shade in the centre of it and 10 minutes later the shade will be on his head and he'll be under the bulb pontificating on something or other.

I get the sense that Kavanaugh still likes to qualf a brewski now and again. Roche i would think sips a Napa Valley Zinfandel Reserve. Just one of those college roommate things that were ships passing in the night., who cares.

Red-state Democratic Sen. Heidi Heitkamp says she will not vote for Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh

In an interview with WDAY in North Dakota, Heitkamp said the confirmation process has been bad, but at the end of the day she had to make a decision: "I will be voting no on Judge Kavanaugh."

Word of her decision came as two Republican colleagues who are swing votes signaled that they found the FBI investigation satisfactory.

The North Dakota Democrat is a key vote as 50 senators are needed to support Kavanaughs nomination. Vice President Pence would cast the tie-breaking vote if necessary.

I couldn't help thinking about what a lousy job a USSC Associate Justice is. You get eviscerated in the confirmation process. Then you get stuck with 8 other people only 4 of which you are likely to have any philosophical affinity for the rest of your life. You are sequestered in a hermetically sealed Stone Temple/Pit Bull Ring. You have a 1/9th vote on the moral destiny of America. It sounds confined, pressurized and claustrophobic to point of suffocation. But its what Brett has directed his career towards for 30 years. I suppose it has some compensations.

Joe Manchin, Democrat for West Virginia, a very pro Trump State might vote for Kavanaugh. It'll likely cost him his seat if he doesn't.

That would bring the total to 51 if Flake and Collins fall into the GOP line. It'll be razor thin, no doubt.

Senator Hietkamp knew she was finished. It did not matter which way she voted so in the end she is obeying the orders of Old White Man Schumer over her constituency.

It doesn't matter, really. Even if Kavanaugh manages to squeek through, he may very well face impeachment at the hands of a Democratic Congress in the future ... probably in the very near future. Any hint that he has just purjured himself will be enough and after this week's circus, there will be lots of information flooding in about Kavanaugh that would not have been found in that brief six day investigation. Anything at all that doesn't pass the smell test...

This will never, ever go away for Kavanaugh. He is at the mercy of others.
