What a spectacle. Allowing himself to be cornered, accosted and harangued by 2 FEMINAZIS in an elevator. Then cowering away like a pussywhipped puppy to quit the field and capitulate to the Dems. What a wimp. He's the American Justin Trudeau. Thankfully he's history at the end of this term as, hopefully, will be Justin in the Fall of 2019.
Investigation.
The outcome is already indicated, really assured. Especially given this will be a highly abbreviated process of a week's duration.
It will be inconclusive as to the facts and to the credibility of the witnesses. Kavanaugh has already been fully vetted but if the FBI is to do a full investigation they will have to test the crediblity of accuser as well. Was she promiscuous in High School or College, a party girl, did she abuse drugs or alcohol. Has she ever lied on an official document including academic or job application, tax return or, any sworn oath. What do her colleagues, neighbours, students, friends think of her. Is she given to fantasy and casual fibs or self adulation.
Nothing except complete culpability on the part of the accused and complete vindication and elevation to the status of national heroine for the accuser will satisfy the feminists or the Dems. And they intend to do this to every Trump nominee who they deem and threat to Roe v. Wade (or homosexual 'marriage'). Nothing will be satisfied and nothing will be resolved by this investigation.

After sleeping on this and trying to give her the benefit of the doubt I'm increasingly convinced that she is flat out crazy, delusional. She's lost her grip on reality. Nothing holds together in the account. It seems to have been cobbled together from fragments, bits and pieces of memory all recovered 30 years after the alleged event. She's assembled a story which places her at the centre as victim and now heroine crusader for women. She's congered up comic book villains whose real character and lives have not an iota of resemblance to the sexual predators or abusers she portrays.
If her story falls apart so do all the other supposedly 'credible' allegations as they are copy cat crimes or a product of political trickery or mass hysteria.

Well she was locked up with her lawyers for two weeks prior to testifying, I doubt they spent that time crafting and practicing her submission .
Mostly agree BUT I think before an appointee is assigned to the Supreme Court, every test and check should be made before he's assigned. Of course the biggest f**k up happened weeks ago when these checks and tests weren't completed before the announcement was made.
How about ALL of them?? They have gone so tribal........it is toxic.

As is often the case, it's not the actual incident itself but rather how you handle said incident.
Kavanaugh showed himself through his testimony to be unfit to preside on the highest court of the land. Instead of sober and reasoned, he came across as a smug, defiant, unhinged hothead...not the stuff required for this high post.

At any rate, Walter has been giving me strings of thumbs downs the last few days...so I know I'm on the right track with my thoughts and opinions on this matter. It only bolsters my confidence even more.
Apart from the allegations..........He failed completely in the "judicial temperament" category. (because he was tutored by trump.......to be so tribal,aggressive and prejudiced revealing all his bete noirs.
