The WH announced early this morning they interviewed every high ranking official and discovered the identity of the anonymous op-ed writer published in the NYT.

Trump wants Sessions to investigate New York Times op-ed


President Donald Trump said Friday he wants Attorney General Jeff Sessions to investigate and uncover the identity of the senior administration official who penned an anonymous op-ed in The New York Times this week.

Trump has railed in recent days about the publication of the anonymous op-ed, calling its author "gutless" and a "coward" while suggesting the op-ed could damage national security. Now, it appears Trump is taking this a step further and calling for a criminal investigation, though there is no indication the author violated any laws.

In my opinion, under the Obama administration, division was part of their legacy which it has come to fruition and the left continues with this ugly strategy . Trump hasn't helped things, but he certainly didn't start the divide among the Americans today - that is all on Obama and his ilk.


Trump seems to be making things worse because he is so thin skinned especially with his tweets. It would also help if he was actually right on some of the things he tweets about and it's embarrassing to find out that he is either misinformed or ill informed. His ego just won't let some things go which doesn't help either.


A better man would encourage cohesion and state categorically that what happened under Obama stops here under the current Administration. Unfortunately, the US doesn't have a "better man".
