Well, the S&W is prohibited in Canada (if that is a 4" barrel), and I just never cared that much for Glock..........

BTW, the first part of that sentence demonstrates the idiocy of Canadian gun laws..........the Smith is a prohib, the Glock is A-OK.

It doesn't have to make sense, it is gov't policy.
The S&W's 5 inches. Don't know if that makes it Canada OK.

I like that it's an 8-shooter.

Glock. . . eh. Some people love 'em, some don't. They work well for me, just as the Beretta doesn't. Nothing wrong with the gun, just not my cup of tea.

Th Glock's six inches.

I don't have a firearm, but I do have blade arms. Do they count?

They count to 8.

Hunters should have to process the hide as well.

I trade with some Mennonites for a pair of hand crafted work gloves.

Well, my mistake then. Anything with a barrel less than 105mm is prohibited. So 4 1/4 inches approximately is required to be legal. The Smith is legal as well.

I love the old Browning. I like single action, and (with a little polishing of the feed ramp) the thing feeds without fail and fires anything that faintly resembles 9 mm Para ammunition. And it is quite compact, and fits my hand like it was made for it.

Keep your evil NRA demons down in the States where they belong, please.
