That does not come naturally to some from scary parts of the world but they take to it like ducks to water and have festivals open to anyone and give blood and smile at strangers and listen to the cbc and vote for unions and and volunteer and vote and whatnot. Poorer countries have less social capital. Richer countries more. As long as our government teaches about sharing with each other and cooperating I am happy. I know some of these concepts and practices are very frightening to the conservatives. I suspect that is one of the reasons why you are against immigration and like the basic income experiment in Ontario you want to kill it.
