ANd almost 50% declined to vote. So obviously having ID or not is not a hindrance to voting.

Perhaps I can sum it up.

In the US the Black community is looked down on so they get the focus and the Indians remain invisible. In Canada the Black community is elevated to being a role model for how people should be treated and that allows us to keep the Indians invisible.

Even 50 words or less.

So the solution then would be to provide them with free ID, not say that any Joe Bloggins can just show up to a voting booth without ID to vote.

Actually I learnt recently that a Hong Kong citizen can get a free passport as long as he renews it before it expires. So that essentially means that he has to pay only the first time if he renews it on time each time before it expires.

Oh yeah , his casinos. You have to be a true patriot to make your money off the back of a gambling-addicted compatriot.

Some people would refuse to invest in a casino no matter the profit just out of principle.
