The guy in AB was aquitted. It turned out his warning shot that hit an intruder was a ricochet.

There seems to be a common theme. Is f-ckin' whitie baiting Injuns just to shoot them?

I can't see him walking away on this one, jail time coming, he didn't demonstrate enough proof of protecting himself and family.

Yep, I think I'd be happy with a conviction of manslaughter. Just his body language in the pictures has me thinking he's an alleged arrogant prick, but I guess there is no law against that.

The ricochet was proven so I agree with the verdict, I could see a fine for not safe handling of a firearm though.

I'm going to light a sacred fire in my chimera tonight and contemplate the continuing whinging we keep hearing from less than 5% of the population.

Will you be celebrating another dead Indun?

Neither did I, TM though after reading several articles and listening to Khill's lawyer I can understand why the jury came to this decision and I congratulate them.

Yep, he raised his arms like he was going to shoot. Without a gun.

I've got a great deal for you and the jury. The real set of Tecumseh's bones. Not those fakes in London. Only twenty bucks. Twenty-five Canadian. Cash only.

With the holding gun motion you are thinking of American law not Canadian, usually self defence doesn't fly here unless you are actually under fire

Flew this time. Just like the shot. Last time, too. Maybe the standard's a mite different when you kill an Indun.

No, down here we say "He reached for his waistband." We have a plague of vicious criminals who like to reach for empty waistbands. Just like y'all have wild Induns who make "shooting motions" without guns.

Race apparently had nothing to do with this case due to darkness, so no need to race bait on this one TB

Race never has anything to do with it, TM. Because there is no racism. You can tell because whenever somebody is caught on film screaming race hate, the first words out of his mouth are "I'm not a racist."

See? No racism.

Don't believe me? Look up Levi Pettit. He was a SAE frat boy at Oklahoma who was caught on video leading his frat brothers in the song

You can hang 'em from a tree
But they'll never sign with me
There'll never be a n****r SAE!

First words out of his mouth: "I'm not a racist."

You should get in on the fun!

OK, been a while. Hello everyone. Here's LINKS to opposing views of the same issue...

One side: http://redpowermedia.wordpress.com/tag/protesters/
Other Side: ‘Disappointing:’ Canada Day events relocated due to protest | 980 CJME

Basic story, 3-4 months ago, a group set up a tent and a fire in the park (Wascana park) in Regina.

Anybody but this group would have been arrested, fined, & tossed out in under an hour I'm sure if

they attempted the same thing. This camp lasted 111 days before it was finally removed, but it was

back in a day or two, as laws are applied selectively to select groups.

Should one group be above the law in a situation like this? If anyone but this group tried this, would
it be allowed? I know someone whom is of different ancestry than the above protesters that is planning

on taking his Fifth Wheel RV down to the same park in a 'show of solidarity' with these protesters and
a ringside seat for the fireworks on Canada Day. Does anyone think this new camper will also be

embraced by the current protestors?, Law Enforcement?, etc...????

If he's not embraced, or is evicted immediately, and happens to be the only one of a differing ancestry,

then would racism be at play or only political correctness? Just curious as I didn't see a different thread
on this protest/whatever and wanted to read other opinions on this issue.

Well, you could go shoot a few, and come up with some cock-and-bull story about how you thought they had guns and they raised their arms in a shooting motion, and walk away laughing.

Works in Ontario, should be fine Flatskatchewan.
