“…maybe the time is ripe for Jewish and Zionist organisations to draw the real and most important lesson from the Holocaust. Instead of constantly blaming the Goyim for inflicting pain on Jews, it is time for Jews to look in the mirror and try to identify what it is in Jews and their culture that evokes so much fury. It may even be possible that some Jews would take this opportunity to apologise to the Gentiles around them for evoking all this anger.” .... if promoting Jewish accountability and peace is ‘anti-Semitism’ one may wonder, what is a real bigot?

The Film:

Killing Gaza
In Killing Gaza, independent journalists Max Blumenthal and Dan Cohen documented Israel’s 2014 war on Gaza.
Yet this film is much more than a documentary about Palestinian resilience and suffering. It is a chilling visual document of war crimes committed by the Israeli military, featuring direct testimony and evidence from the survivors.
Independent journalists Max Blumenthal and Dan Cohen documented Israel’s 2014 assault on Gaza during the war, and chronicled its horrific aftermath. As they waded through the rubble of Gaza’s destroyed border regions, they turned a camera onto the survivors of the slaughter and let them speak for themselves.
Dan returned, week after week, to capture on film the daily struggles of the people of Gaza as they suffered through one of the worst winters in recorded history, and then weathered the sweltering summer heat without electricity and — in many cases — without homes.
While giving voice to the pain of a people under siege, Cohen and Blumenthal also highlighted Gazans’ inspiring acts of creative resistance, from painting to break-dancing to literature, that allow them maintain their humanity in the face of deprivation and war.
Killing Gaza is much more than a documentary about Palestinian resilience and suffering. It is a chilling visual document of war crimes committed by the Israeli military, featuring direct testimony and evidence from the survivors, delivered to them often just days after escaping indiscriminate shelling, bombings and summary executions.

Israel is the only country in the Middle East that is peaceful, most other countries are either killing their own or killing a neighboring country.

Best to keep the peaceful one and let the others kill each other.

Are you suggesting the USA would be more peaceful if it prohibited people from owning guns like Israel does with Palestinians?

"Perhaps, the Holocaust was a divine punishment for Jewish treatment of Gaza, since for God, time sequence is of no importance. In the Torah, there are no earlier or later events, בתורה מאוחר ואין מוקדם אין, teaches the Talmud, and it is true. One can be punished for the sins not yet committed, and if they will not be committed, the punishment will be undone, too. If the Jews wouldn’t torture Gaza, there would be no Auschwitz."

John Robson: What Justin Trudeau apparently doesn't (but should) know about the death cult of Hamas

The problem is not just that Hamas craves Israeli civilian casualties. It’s that Hamas craves Palestinian civilian casualties

Relatives carry the body of Mohammed Hajeleh, 30, who was killed early Thursday morning by an Israeli airstrike, while others fire their weapons in the air, during his funeral, in front of his family house in Gaza City, Thursday, April 12, 2018.Adel Hana / AP

Dear Mr. Prime Minister, you recently called for “an immediate independent investigation” into Israel’s “Reported use of excessive force and live ammunition”. Here is my report.

Much that it contains is surely familiar including the bizarre double standard, already noted in this newspaper, in which Israelis’ desire to live in peace and Hamas’s desire to slaughter them are treated as morally equivalent … or worse. I shall presume your use of terms like “excessive” and “inexcusable” does not indicate that your mind is insufficiently open or fair to grasp this point.
Likewise, you doubtless have some understanding that the use of “live ammunition” is not merely excusable but necessary when people are trying to invade your country. And that what many insist on calling “protests” were an attempted invasion involving setting fires, throwing rocks and seeking to cut through the fence. And that while Israel dropped leaflets urging Palestinians to stay away from the fence lest they come to harm, Hamas posted maps and pictures online of how to reach Jewish communities on the other side so that … well, here we come to an awkward point.
Obviously you have benefited in your briefings from the extensive resources of what is now called Global Affairs Canada and other security and advisory agencies. Can they have neglected to mention that this March the Hamas leader in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar, sought to inflame a “March of Return” crowd to storm what he called a “transient border” with the advice to “eat the livers” of Israelis?
I trust you would not tolerate efforts by armed mobs to cross Canadian borders in pursuit of a program of cannibalistic ethnic cleansing. Given your oft-expressed exquisite concern for human rights, dignity, and respect you can surely put hand on heart and, voice quavering, articulate sympathy for Israelis who feel the same way.
Especially as the civilized world has duped itself repeatedly about Israeli’s conduct. Including in 2002, when Israel took exceptional pains to limit civilian casualties in Jenin at the expense of endangering its own troops, only to be pilloried for a non-existent massacre. And in this case, though perhaps it was inexcusably omitted from your briefings, a senior Hamas figure admitted 50 of the roughly 60 “protestors” killed on May 14 were members of his terrorist organization whose founding Charter says the Day of Judgement will not come until even rocks and trees incite Muslims to kill Jews.

The matter thus far was so well-summarized in Natan Sharansky’s The Case for Democracy in 2005 that it is surprising that it need be repeated. “There is no moral equivalence between Palestinian terror attacks and Israeli counterterror operations … whereas the more innocent Palestinian lives are lost in an Israeli military operation, the more the Israeli government considers the operation a failure, the more a Palestinian terror attack claims innocent Jewish lives, the more the terrorists consider that attack a success.”
Strong words. Yet with all due respect to Sharansky and yourself, not necessarily equivalent quantities, this former Soviet “refusenik” turned Israeli statesman misses a key point here due to his genuine generosity of spirit.
The problem is not just that Hamas craves Israeli civilian casualties to the point of exulting in the desecration of still-warm corpses. It’s that Hamas craves Palestinian civilian casualties. It is a death cult. And when Hamas leaders, like other Islamist radicals, boast “We love death like our enemies love life” it is, as so often with extremists, foolish and dangerous to ignore their warnings about themselves.
A National Post story last week with the classic headline “PRESSURE MOUNTS AFTER GAZA BLOODSHED” detailed Western abuse of the Jewish homeland for defending itself (“unacceptable” from France, “shocking” from Britain) before noting the death of an eight-month-old Palestinian baby. “According to her family, she was killed after inhaling a cloud of Israeli tear gas during Monday’s bloody protests on the border. They said her 12-year-old uncle had become confused and accidentally brought the baby to within yards of the barbed wire fence that Israel has vowed to defend.”
Instead of asking who “accidentally” takes a baby into a riot, her own father crowed, “She is not the first martyr for Palestine and she won’t be the last. Her sacrifice is for Jerusalem and for the homeland.” It wasn’t her sacrifice; she didn’t have a say in the matter. But his use of “martyr” emphasizes that she was not simply caught in a crossfire. Not only did Hamas want her dead for propaganda purposes, even her father seemed pretty pumped about it.
Yes. It’s revolting. So the key recommendation of my report is to open your eyes before opening your mouth. Hamas keeps leading Palestinians down an ever darker and narrower path that no true friend would want to see them on. Especially given its genocidal intent.

They may want and crave Israeli civilian casualties but that doesn't stop them from producing Palestinian civilian casualties.

AT this point if Hamas happens to kill a few Israeli civilians it is barely even payback.

Israelis are killing arabs by the dozen. They are like the Lebron of civilian killers

OMG.

Reading Comprehension is not your strong point.

Hamas never thought they could breach the border, although a massacre of Jews would have thrilled them to no end.

They wanted Palestinian casualties to use as propaganda to bring pressure on Israel. Only idiots fall for it.

BTW, I read (but could not confirm, so it is only a thought) that the violence ended immediately after the Israelis contacted Hamas and told them if it continued, they would assassinate every Hamas leader on earth.

I guess martyrdom is not for them, huh?

Don't all protesters who actually decide to commit an act of civil disobedience and march down a street want to get noticed?

It must of been the Israeli "Words: and "Propaganda" Bullets aimed at the protesters which killed so many and wounded countless others. (Dead Israeli's are called martyrs and all Palestinians are terrorists.)

Truth is ..... If Israel wants a "Jewish State" and so it must kill off the Palestinians ..... it is about demographics and racism. The Jewish Folks quite realize that they will never have a "Jewish" State for Jews only with millions of Palestinians.

Dr. Ashraf al-Qedra, the spokesperson of the Palestinian Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip, has reported Sunday that Israeli soldiers have killed 112 Palestinians, and injured 13190 since the Great Return March protests started on the Palestinian Land Day, March 30th, 2018.
Dr. al-Qedra said that the soldiers killed 13 Palestinian children, and injured 2096 others, in addition to wounding 1029 women.
He added that 332 of the wounded Palestinians suffered life-threatening injuries, 3422 suffered moderate wounds, 9436 suffered mild injuries, and 5572 suffered the effects of teargas inhalation.
Dr. al-Qedra said that:
-- 502 Palestinians were shot in the head and neck.
-- 283 were shot in the chest and back.
-- 225 were shot in the abdomen and pelvis.
-- 938 were shot in their arms.
-- 325 were shot in their legs.
-- 1117 suffered various cuts and bruises to several parts of their bodies.
He also said that 27 of the wounded Palestinians suffered amputations in their legs, one in his arm, and four others had some fingers severed by Israeli fire.
Dr. al-Qedra added that the soldiers also shot and killed one medic, and injured 323 others with live fire and gas bombs, in addition to causing damage to 37 ambulances.

Bullshit.

It was not peaceful protest, it was an attempted invasion.

Illuminating the validity of Col. Kemp’s statement, the Monday edition of the Wall Street Journal published an op ed by Israeli Brig. Ronen Manelis, spokesman for the IDF, titled “The Truth about Hamas and Israel.” In it Manelis reveals the depths of Hamas cynicism. Hamas provided free transportation to the security fence for all Gazans, including women and children. They were paid $14 a head or $100 per family to attend. The injured received $500. That’s pretty abominable. So’s this: Hamas gave everyone with a video camera VIP access to “the show,” and free wifi too to make sure no injury went unrecorded (both real and fake: one video shows an “injured” victim borne away on a stretcher hopping off completely unscathed when presumably out of camera range.)
According to Manelis, the “protest” theme was a complete fabrication: “The IDF had precise intelligence that the violent riots were masking a plan of mass infiltration into Israel in order to carry out a massacre against Israeli civilians.” Hamas operatives were dressed as civilians. On Facebook Hamas had posted maps for operatives indicating the fastest route from the border to nearby Israeli homes, schools and daycare centres. That’s abominable.

They are hiding behind utility poles and crouchng behind their squard cars with AR15's pointed at this guy as if he was the greatest threat they have ever encountered in their life when he's just a black guy in shorts and tee shirt-following their orders- laying in the middle of the road on his back with both hands in the air talking to these Blue Knight Idiots with the calmest voice possible explaining to the Idiot Squad that he's a therapist taking care of an autistic guy who has a toy truck in his hands. So what do they do? They shoot him. When asked "Why"? , the Idiot says "I don't know." He doesn't "know" because he's been trained by Israeli IDF 'anti'terror' instructors to act this way towards harmless people who are cooperating to the N-th degree.
