Most British Columbians understand pipelines are good and necessary . How does water get to your house ? How does sewage get out of your house ? How do you heat your house ? Why when I drive up the Coq. do I see pipeline work happening ?

Most citiots think all this is just natural. Groceries grow overnight on the story shelf, water and gas come out of the ground and shit goes in. All automatically.
