Who is going to be the first to mention that if the citizens of those days had the communication abilities that exist today the Commission cold not have taken place? The ability to disassemble and reassemble the data available would have resulted in a reasonable explanation of what really happened.
The people that requested this data will probably be the ones to come up with how it fits in or differs with what is already known to be true. The first conclusion I saw was that it is not all the documents requested.
