Either way, BC did not reduce their emissions by anything worth mentioning. A whopping 5.5% in a decade. Oh yeah, that's worth almost $100 million a year for little return. Just to confirm for you (in case you weren't aware).. Revenue Neutrality is not carbon emissions reductions.
By the by, that reduction is about 3 metric tonnes. Which is kind of like saying I helped reduce the flooding in Quebec and Ontario by emptying out a whole bucket of floodwater someplace else.
Of course the real question is, is that 5.5% the total reduction or merely the net reduction. You DO understand the difference right? Or do I have to explain THAT to you as well.
