The name Mohammad is given to sons to show respect. Why is the name Jesus not given the same respect?

Many cultures pass on names of those they wish to show respect to. The Muslim community pass on the name Mohamad more than Christians do with the name of Jesus. This name respect is lacking in the Christian cultures.

I think it is due to the fact that none in the Abrahamic cults can justify Yahweh/Jesus’ genocide of mankind.

Yahweh’s son Jesus has not been deemed worthy of respect for moral reasons. Christians recognize the imperfections and agree with the ostracising of the name Jesus. Hence their not passing on the name and showing disrespect. Jesus is as unworthy to literal reading people in the myriad of Christian cults, as is Yahweh.

Are the myriad of Christian and Catholic cults showing a lack of respect for the name of Jesus as compared to the respect Muslims show the name Mohammad?

Jesus.. pronounced Heyzus.. is quite a common name in Latin America. For some reason its quite uncommon in anglophone and especially Prostestant dominated countries.

Christian, Chris, Christina are more common. Many of the most popular names.. such as Olivia, Sophia, Aria for girls.. Noah, Elijah, Benjamin for boys do have strong Christian and biblical roots.

We pay respect by tending to the poor and the ill. Family names are meant to honor the head of the family so the naming you are mentioning is actually something that fractures a family.

Yes. That is the only region I know of where that respect to Jesus is given.

Indeed, but not as well rooted as Jesus.

It does not seem to fracture Muslim families when they use Mohammad.


What do you attribute that glitch to?

I don't know. I imagine the Middle East.


My interest was the lack of respect shown Jesus as compared to the respect given to Mohammad.

I see it more as regional tradition as we have had many epochs where Christianity was a lot stricter.


Remember all those Inquisitions?


They did not seem to get people to use the name Jesus.

They were false flags to help the elite create a two system, the elite which is the EU Royalty and rich Merchants as well as the RCC Clergy and the ones in the background pulling the strings were the Jewish money changers. The last wrath by God is when Satan and the remaining fallen angels are sent to the fiery lake. That is the wrath Job was referencing as he did not know about the 1,000 year reign as that was revealed only in the last few pages of the whole book. Job will get to see Satan get punished with his own eyes.
