That's a Yank term. You were a volunteer in a foreign army that was fighting a war that we were specifically not fighting.

You're a goddam mercenary.

Or maybe you're really an oil company schill from Tayeksus.

What did victory smell like?

Since you aren't about to accept any other source here's an article that SHOWS that we're in a normal cyclist heating event.

I suppose we can forgive you for being a stupid fool. The only thing I volunteered for was the Air Force rather than be drafted into the Army. But then some 13 year old with the brain of that cat in your picture can't be expected to know anything but his own stupid diarrhea of the mouth.

Hey Wake... ask CuriousCdn about his combat action against the Soviets during the Cold War while in the 1970's Canadian Navy.

He was busted in here pretending to be a war hero.

I'm not sure why you posted that as a source. It says nothing to counter the argument that global warming is occurring. In fact here is an except from it that supports the idea of climate change:

Scientists are now exploring a few possibilities. First, greenhouse gases probably influenced past climates. Ice cores record past greenhouse gas levels. In the past, when the climate warmed, the change was accompanied by an increase in greenhouse gases, particularly carbon dioxide. When scientists tried to build climate models, they could not get the models to simulate past climate change unless they also added changes in carbon dioxide levels. Though scientists aren’t sure why carbon dioxide levels changed, almost all believe that the shift contributed to altering the climate. Because ice cores also revealed that carbon dioxide levels are much higher today than at any time recorded in the past 750,000 years, pinning down the cause-and-effect relationship between carbon dioxide and climate change continues to be a focal point of modern climate research.

notice the 95800 year temp cycle
yeah them old fashioned factories from 95000 years ago
damn, somebody should have carbon taxed them

"The 95,800 year Milankovitch cycles2 are very apparent in the Vostok record. These cycles are composed of an overarching 95,800 year cycle where the Earth’s orbit changes from roughly circular (warm and wet climate in the Northern Hemisphere) to elliptical (cold and dry in the Northern Hemisphere) and back again. The elliptical part of this cycle causes the Northern Hemisphere to have stronger seasons and the Southern Hemisphere to have less seasonality; this is what kicks off glacial periods.

Another cycle is when the inclination of the Earth’s axis changes from 21.39 degrees to 24.36 degrees and back again. This cycle is 41,000 years. As the angle increases the seasons become more intense. The Earth also wobbles on its axis in a periodic way. This is a 21,700 year cycle.

You might just be able to see that the middle graph (Carbon Dioxide concentration) slight lags the temperature by about 800 years on average. This suggests that the changes in temperature might cause the Carbon Dioxide changes rather than the other way around. The airborne dust concentration increases when the world is cooler because in the cool periods it is also dryer.2

Next to the complete Vostok record is a reconstruction of the temperature record for the last 600 million years. Temperatures, today, are lower than they have been for over 250,000,000 years according to this data. "

Facts have always made Canadians shiver. Most are preying for global warming and haven't found any. If you look at this site and the accompanying charts you can see that we are presently in a state of the Milankovitch Cycle in which we could expect warming and lo and behold we are. Paleoclimatology: Explaining the Evidence : Feature Articles

This is from NASA itself and so ignorant Canadian heros from the Canadian Navy like "CuriousCdn" will have a great deal of trouble denying it. But I'm sure that won't stop him. I guess he'll have to run out and make another Navy hero of himself again.

What we need is more people that are actually curious and less people that claim themselves so yet stick to the political position.

We're all waiting for you to publish your "credible sources".

The present warming is the perfectly normal warm period that occurs every millennium or so. Why do you feel the need to deny the Medieval Warm Period and the Roman Warm Period and others? Why do you feel the need to blame the human race for things that are totally normal and historically recorded?

We have seen both that the NOAA counterfeited data and used that data to proclaim some sort of un-natural warming.

How can you claim that "man has been causing the increase in CO2" when during the time when CO2 has risen 1% per year man's use of fossil fuels have risen 13% per year. When the use of COAL has risen 25% per year in the world other than the USA.

I think you have some questions to answer and to stop acting like a 15 year old high school student.

Well, normally I would not respond to azzholes, but hey... Most mathematics and science came to the west via the Muslims during the crusades. Muslims pulled us out of the dark ages and now Trump and his minions would take us back to the dark ages.

I note that in all of our exchanges you have yet to answer any of my questions, choosing instead to respond with bafflegab, but I'll ask them again just to give you a second chance.

1. The 1980's were the warmest record decade in history. The 1990's broke that record. The 2000's broke the 1990's record. And the current decade is the warmest yet. How do you account for that?
2. Sea levels are rising. Areas that were once dry land at high tide are now threatened by rising water. How do you account for that?
3. Glaciers worldwide are shrinking. How do you account for that?
4. The Greenland icecap is melting. How do you account for that?
5. The Arctic Ocean no longer completely freezes over even in winter. How do you account for that?
6. "Once in a century" violent storms now occur pretty much every year. How do you account for that?

Don't worry I don't really expect a coherent answer to any of these questions.

You thought carbon burns.

And you are so lacking in education that you think it doesn't. Ever heard of coal? Over 50% of its weight is carbon. Ditto for wood.

And oil and natural gas are hydrocarbons. Looks like you should go back to school.

Let me explain something to you - the 1980's were the hottest on the SATELLITE RECORD which started in the late 1970's. The hottest years on the MEASURED scales from around the world were 1908 and 1910.

It is NORMAL for low lying areas to wash away in storms and super-tides. Land area as measure by satellite shows an INCREASE in land area. The Solomon Islands which were touted as in danger from sea level rise have added land and not lost it. In San Francisco the tide markers on the docks left there since 1880 or so are still at exactly the same level that they were. This is only almost 140 years later when according to you we should all be under water but what the hell?

The Glaciers that are melting are those that formed in lower latitudes and altitudes in the little ice age. Didn't we just go through the fact that Iceland still hasn't recovered fully? The glacier Obama stood in front of and told us all we were losing it due to MAN MADE GLOBAL WARMING turns out to have only moved back and forth 1 1/4 miles in the last century.

We have discussed the Arctic Ocean and the Milankovitch Cycles so many times I have to wonder why you keep ignoring it when even NASA has published papers showing that we can EXPECT to have a warm period particularly in the northern hemisphere.

You couldn't be more wrong about storms. In fact the occurrence of storms, hurricanes and even tornadoes has gone WAY down. So why are you claiming otherwise?

We don't expect you to "wake up" because you wish to remain asleep in your own little private nightmare. So I hope you'll excuse us if we laugh at your kicking around and crying.

I didn't think you could answer my questions and you haven't. Instead you simply make up "facts" to prove your point. I'm not going to bother with most of your so-called points. They are easy to disprove with a simple Google search. But I will leave you with this link. I don't expect you to read it as it directly contradicts the BS you are spreading over your garden.

As I say to all global warming deniers believe what you want, but don't buy any land along the US Gulf coast. And don't expect any thinking person to believe your nonsense.

I also note that once again you are unable to make a post without adding insults, but that is fine, it simply shows that you are not sure of your facts or have no real facts to present. Oh, and good luck with your job at the oil company.
