The colour of my skin has nothing to do with any pride I feel in myself. I've done nothing to be white. accident of birth.
I have been pretty proud of a great tan I've gotten. But that was a brown colour so...
I'm pretty proud of my daughter. But not cause she's white. She's actually a lovely shade of pink. But she's an outstanding human being with a giant heart who'd do anything for someone who needed it. It's not cause of the colour of her skin that she is like this though.

I totally agree. As a proud White man, I see people for the content of their character. You sound just like me that way. It's a shame so many other Whites don't think like us and want to waste all our money building walls. Frightened of the big wide world they are.
where I live, my colour is not the majority. It's one of the reasons why I choose to live in the City that I do. I love variety in everything including the people whom I share a neighourhood with. We haven't an visual ethnic majority here. Its great.
I used to live in a city like that and I miss it. When my culture is the majority one, it's like it's just a bland norm. When I'm the minority, I become 'ethnic' and I love it that way.
We're all having trouble understanding why you choose to be a goof instead of the person whom use to participate in meaningful interesting and enlightening dialogue.
