yes, yes...of course you did.

Makes you salty doesn't it? You know, someday the social conservatives like you will pull their collective heads out of the rectums and realize that you are the reason the conservative government is no longer in power. Canadians are fiscally conservative. Recent history proves that. What they aren't interested in is your brand of nuttery and unfortunately you nut jobs overtook the conservative party. We are destined for continued left-wing government in this country because of you and your idol Ezra.

Lol, if Canadians are so fiscally conservative, I guess there will be some disappointed souls out there. 30 billion dollar deficits likely aren't what they had in mind.

You do realize this event was an anti-carbon tax rally, right? Bringing in punitive carbon taxes when the economy is in the tank and people have lost their jobs doesn't seem to conducive to sound fiscal management.

Yup, it should be relatively easy to turf the Liberals. Unfortunately, many people think of Conservatives and they think of people like Ezra or Loc and they can't help but feel queezy. The Liberals have the benefit of the NDP that attracts a large number the leftwing extremists. The conservatives get stuck with people like Loc. I don't mind their votes but they need to shut the f*** up and not scare normal people away.

That's why we need to punt the NDP. If I was a betting man, I'd lay $1000 down that Loc is actually a Dipper trying to make conservatives look like complete morons

Didn't you read my post? I thought I made it clear that I was opposed to the party that has so badly mismanaged the Alberta economy. Oh, wait? Is it possible you did not realize that it was the PCs?

One day you are actually going to have to learn to read. I'm not talking about the current situation under the NDP, I made it clear that I was talking about the Klein administration; a government whose early policies were so bad that the period after Klein became premier was referred to as the "Klein recession." Eventually his policies were disavowed even by most members of his own party.

And apparently, you don't have a sense of humour nor do you know what a parody is LOL - guess you had to be there! Too bad you don't see it that way but I guess you must be one of the "sensitive" types LOL

Yep that rally was a parody all right. A parody of decency.

Oh, you actually wanted someone to answer? I thought maybe you were being sarcastic LOL. I did. And I agree with absolutely everything he said. Ezera can sometimes be "over the top" but for the most part, he's usually right (not always, after all he is human) and is entitled to his opinions. It just happens that there are thousands who agree with him!! Sorry Flossie LOL

Ezra's an idiot and an embarrassment to real conservatives

Ezra's an idiot and an embarrassment to humans.

Credit where it's due, at least Ezra has the cohones to organize rallies such as this and fight against such fiscally reckless and destructive policy. If it wasn't for him and a few other conservatives, all you'd hear is crickets. Most people are too afraid of being demonized and having their character assaulted by the left wing extremists you describe. These extremists are a bunch of self-absorbed, seething, sneering, narcissistic, megalomaniacal bullies that will twist, manipulate, and lodge pretty much any accusation against anyone who stands in the way of their ideologies with no regard for the wake of character destruction they leave behind, and no concept of their own hypocrisy. In their minds, their cause outweighs the professional integrity of any person (except their own, of course).

I see Ezra as a person who effectively stands up against it, he turns all their negative, self righteous contrived garbage against themselves and exposes their hypocrisy. This makes him a target for these people, and the same character assassination and personal attacks are thrown at him. There are a lot of people who aren't on either extreme (like yourself perhaps) who just don't have the stomach for this type of fight and who mistakenly think there must be an easier way to defeat these policies and the extreme ideologies that support them. They buy into the crap, minimizing the effect people like Ezra have and insulting and belittling his character in an effort to soften the impact he has. They are naive and underestimate the power that has been handed to the fringe groups by governments, perhaps not realizing that these groups are ignorantly and inadvertently working for the government's cause of globalization and wealth transfer.

That's why we need to punt the NDP. If I was a betting man, I'd lay $1000 down that Loc is actually a Dipper trying to make conservatives look like complete morons
Your implication that conservatives who support people like Ezra or Loc who fight on their behalf is a tactic not unlike the one described above used by left wing extremists. These conservatives you dismiss as morons are the people who showed up to Ezra's rally. They are people just trying to make a living and support their family, which they can't since many of them are unemployed thanks to the buffoonery of the NDP.

Your implication that people who support Ezra's fight are morons is ignorant, disrespectful of their situation and obtuse. You are the problem, not the solution.

This isn't about me but if it makes you feel better, you're not the first poster here to use that feeble tactic when they can't refute what I say.
You haven't said anything of substance, there's nothing to refute.

There is no debate. Public opinion isn't swayed by sign carrying, slogan shouting party supporters. It's swayed by good ideas and those don't require rallies.
I disagree. ignorance can't be swayed by any action, thoughtful discourse has an impact. "Good" ideas are subjective.

Calling people morons for supporting a cause is ignorant.

I don't call people morons for supporting a cause. I call them morons because they are morons.

Well stated, bravo.

Public opinion isn't swayed by sign carrying, slogan shouting party supporters.

Actually, you are wrong there. Public opinion is indeed swayed by all the above - you must have slept through the last election campaign and missed all the fun.
