Nasty? Really. Here I get "nasty", and I have gotten "nasty" on some facebook news and blog pages. Your page, that wasn't "nasty" and you know it. AS for you not posting your opposing views on my page, I wouldn't have a had a problem with it, I wouldn't have let it pass, but I have no problem with opposing views, nor do I have a problem defending my views against those that oppose nor do I have a problem calling a spade a spade.

I've had family members block me on facebook because they didn't like my "opinions", oh well, their loss, not mine.


You want to call this an attack on your character, so be it. Little bit of advice, when you think someone is attacking your character, maybe you should be looking inward and see if maybe there is a, even if it's small,reason for that happening. I'm not so arrogant to think that "my" character is above reproach.

Yes Mowich you are correct - I came to the wrong place for what I was looking for.... but I'm looking everywhere, not just here.

Maybe I'm more looking to see where the pockets of need are, trying to identify what can I do as one individual to understand, and raise the level of desire to hope for something better - before we're in the same boat as the US.

Our own elections last year didn't have far to go to reach the same place the states are in now... and we're a mere 3 years out from our next... I'm paying attention, is all. Somehow the conditions for a Trump to happen did happen - and if I can do anything to make sure we don't head down that road, I will. This is probably not the place for me to apply my efforts though.
