Trudeau children's nannies being paid for by taxpayers

Sophie Gregoire Trudeau is a TV host in Quebec. She is also very active in many charities. Both would take her out of the home necessitating a nanny.
But at taxpayer expense? I am having a very hard time believing this is an existing perk that has been enjoyed by previous PMs. (Have not found one link proving it was either.)

Actually, some employers do provide help for working parents. Usually it is so that parents can take kids to day-cares, though. Some employers provide day-cares even.

Oh by all means.... He was raised in the lap of luxury so everybody was - the very reason I've long maintained there should be an income ceiling for politicians so they know the reality most Canadians live
Incomes are not the big deal with politicians. It is the fact that after politics they collect favours from the companies they catered to and get cushy, high-paying jobs while collecting totally unrealistic federal pensions and benefits that singes my butt.

That's assuming that all our politicians come from privileged backgrounds which is blatantly false. There are band chiefs in Canada that make more than the PM.
It's not a common thing for PMs because most of them have been old men ... old, old men,some of them.
