So where the hell are we exactly? I we profile and question every event
the kid with the clock and the others with guns in the previous picture we
We are racially profiling and bigots. If we let it all go and someone brings
a bomb or gun they were are guilty of endangering the public?
Tell where is the win here?
Perhaps I can answer my own question for part of it. Wouldn't it be better
to take the clock examine it and ask the kid the purpose of bringing it to
school. Then show the class how smart he is and how to deal with a
potential problem.
As for the NRA kids, why is it we all are deplored with little kids holding guns
with a partially covered face in the Middle East yet the second picture of a
couple of kids in T shirts and shorts playing with a gun in public is somehow
alright? Is that not emotional profiling in and of itself?
I am not comfortable with kids playing with guns unless they know know
what the hell they are doing. By that I mean farm kids sometimes know how
to shoot those things responsibly by 8 years old. I know a guy who is older
now but said hey in Saskatchewan i had a trap line and hunted small game
before I was ten
So how do we balance this? Its difficult governments instilled a lot of fear of
others in our midst. We got rid of that attitude in Canada Monday night so
what next

People are reactionary. That's why it sometimes necessary to be tight lipped about certain things, the majority will react, before they think.

I cannot believe anyone could be so completely naive as to think this would be a good idea.

It's freaking insane.....we live in a world where if you leave your lunch bag in the lobby of some buildings they will call in the bomb squad.

You need to walk through metal detectors to get in to most schools.

You can be arrested for making a bomb joke in an airport and they have signs saying as much.

If you make the shape of a gun with your fingers........you can get suspended from some schools.

And now we have Twitter from Obama encouraging other kids to do the same thing? I have to say, never really bothered much with US politics but holy cow do I now see clearly where so many think Obama is a freaking idiot....because he is.
Yeah. He is. And I voted for him. Oh well. Not the first time we screwed up and believed what we were told.

Right, right. Because there's never been an idiotic over-reaction to any other student in any other school except for this muslim kid.

Wonder if anyone will mind if little Timmy brings his membership badge for the Letter K Fan Klub to school...

Congratulations on dumping that attitude 7 years ago.... Maybe the usual suspects didn't get that memo, so I'll get to work on shooting the message out by email later today

Oh yes... Obama made all things whole for us and wiped away our tears. We are enjoying our 7th year of peace and unity. We are all Americans and happy under one banner.

Just like Justin (well actually what Obama's team) did for all of Canada. There is no longer any division and all will be as one.
