The world is not so simply and black and white as you believe. People of "faith" (ie. people who believe in a higher power) also use reason to come to their conclusions. Now, there are certainly many people of "faith" who follow blind faith without any sort of logic or reasoning, but there are also many people without "faith" who follow the same sort of unreasoning zeitgeisty approach to reach their conclusions.

There's also people who build towers of unreason to bolster their faith. Personally, I prefer the blind-faith types, because the scholarly and philosophical types are just wasting their time running in circles to get back to exactly the same place: a complete lack of evidence of the existence of a supreme being.
Tell them there is some shiny treasure in a certain location and the wars will take care of the extermination part.

God is Just and is Most Gracious.
He does not wrong people, but people do wrong themselves.
God dislikes the transgressor who is not kind to the poor and the weak, so He will misguide him and will punish him.
While He likes the charity doer who is kind to the poor and orphans, so He will guide him and will reward him.
So God guides whomever He likes to guide: who deserves the guidance and is prepared for it ; and He misguides whomever He dislikes who deserves the misguidance according to his bad conduct.
The misguidance: either he will be enthusiastic and associater: who associates idols, saints, Jesus, Ali ...etc with God in the worship and glorification;
or he will become an atheist; of course he will tell others: I am good man and atheists are good in manners and respect the rights of people ...etc. But in fact it is not like that.
Therefore, the atheist should reform himself and his conduct and his situation with God, and he may be rightly guided.
Quran 10: 100 which means:
{100. No soul can believe [according to your will, Mohammed], but only according to God's leave [to His angels to inspire him e.]
And He lays [psychological] illness on those who do not use their reason [but they hold fast with the traditions of their fathers f.]}

e It means: God gives permission to His angels to let him long to the belief, and make him desire in it, by means of inspiring into him, so that he will believe and convert.
f i.e. who do not use their minds, but they cling to the traditions of their fathers.
Would you rather He be a God that doesn't turn His back on people that become sinners? That would be like us having morals and then not distancing ourselves from the ones that trample all over mine. In our world not all burned bridges are repairable, with God all paths still lead to His place and what is behind the two doors is pretty close to being the same thing.
There are no Gentiles that are not included in the 7 Churches, as soon as you have heard of the term 'God' there is a relationship formed and what happens after that determines if you are classified as an over-comer or not. That classification determines how you will see the new earth unfold, or so the story goes. The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is an Atheist (Wall St) story.
They have lined their pockets with books about a subject that is quite easy to comprehend on the first go.

Of course you are wrong. Logic dictates a supreme being. There's a fact for you. Of course from one minute to the next that supremacy may change from one being to another.
How do you prove a negative?
