They were put on paid administrative duty since 2013, when they were charged. It's only recently that they were convicted. Did you want to fire them before they were convicted? What happens if they weren't convicted?

Why not? Recently there have been several news articles about people being fired for crimes they have not being convicted of that were not even job related.

I'm beginning to appreciate the ins and outs of all the pretty forms they have. The last one I filled out was 23 pages long and titled 'Canadian Judicial Council complaint form', and for free, what could be fairer than that.

Are they still being paid after conviction???
Rather than complain, take it to court, it's the in thing.
