And cubicles aren't shackles, you nancy. You want to see a tough life? Try Syria.

Logical fallacy.

I haven't. I don't think I love anything that much. And I don't care about other people. If they want to eat, they can work. If they want more, they can work harder or smarter. If they choose not to work and starve, I certainly won't miss them, and neither will the universe.

The problem is our society is built on this mentality. It is anti-social, non-empathetic and the cause of pretty much all of the world's ills.

And there are millions in various parts of the world who would cheerfully move sh*t by hand without gloves 16 hours a day to live in what a white Canadian thinks of as dire poverty, and feel blessed.

And yet that would not be exploitation?

Something I know better than you, having participated in some systematic violence. If you want to sit on your butt and chortle about what an enlightened being you are, be my guest.

Defensive.

Just don't expect me to feed you.

Yes, why help anyone...ever. That sounds like a great foundation upon which to build a society.

There is no shortage of help for those who need help. I'd go as gar as saying there is too much damn help from far too many orgs that don't communicate and create a surplus of redundant services.

Logical fallacy.
Yeah? Which one?

The problem is our society is built on this mentality. It is anti-social, non-empathetic and the cause of pretty much all of the world's ills.
Your problem, maybe. Not mine.

And yet that would not be exploitation?
Of course it would. And illegal. So what?

Defensive.
Hardly. That would suggest that you present a threat.

Yes, why help anyone...ever. That sounds like a great foundation upon which to build a society.
As I said, write up your ideas, present them to the people, and see if they support you. Or are you one of the standard-issue Marxist-Leninists who believe in helping people against their will?

they need a better system, one that doesn't require their total exploitation.

Which system isn't going to exploit them in the development process?

Been there. It's actually a little tougher'n that.

Weird culture. Really weird. If I were younger I'd do more than a two day stop over. It's like doing mushrooms without doing mushrooms. If one were to do mushrooms it could alter a mind forever.

I did a two year stopover. The longer you stay, the weirder it gets.

Coming from 6 weeks in Bishkek to Tokyo was mind blowing. I'd swear I had withdrawals and the shakes on the flight Vancouver.

No? That will require peasants giving up their land to develope into modern agriculture. The quickest way to make cash is mega cropping.

Any idea what happens next?

true we need to end the existence of the mega wealthy. take money from the people who have excessive and unnecessary amounts of wealth who inherited it from their criminal forefathers and spread it among the common peoples.

And what have the common peoples done to deserve someone else's cash?
