That's "tu es." Conjugate the verb! Conjugate the verb! And it would be "tous cases." And the speaker implies, the hearer infers.
It may well be that karma exists, but it is not what you think it is, i.e., some sort of lowbrow version of "What goes around comes around." That is the typical error that people raised in a Christian tradition make, thinking of karma as some sort of divine or natural justice. Karma is the concept that one's deeds in life determine one's status in the next and future lives, in a framework of reincarnation leading eventually to enlightenment. So, you don't get your silly Judeo-Christian revenge fantasy from karma.
