Jonathan Gruber is an MIT professor that was one of the main architects to Obamacare. Had full access to the President and his staff. He helped write the whole plan. He was paid according to the government reports about $6 MILLION.
So for the past few years Gruber has been going about the country speaking about the Obamacare. How they lied to get it passed because if they told the truth the people would never go along with it. He called the American voters stupid. He said not being transparent is a good thing when trying to get stuff like this passed because if the people find out it would never work. That all of the lies were needed for the greater good. He said Americans were stupid about economic matters and that if they call the rate increases and force payments taxes they'd never buy it. So that the Obamacare pushers would lie and insurance companies would eventually raise premiums and service rates and pass it down to consumers.
So, the Obamatrons are also Gruber Voters... stupid and gullible.
Recently members of congress grilled Gruber. Both sides of the aisle did. None more vocal than the Democrats for outing them as the sneaky lying thieves that they are.
Because everything Gruber says is attributable to Obama, the Dumbocrats, and "liberals" generally. But everything any individual person associated with a Republiklan administration says is NOT attributable to the administration, the Republiklans, or "conservatives" generally.
That's just it though, you have to consider every incident, including the one's that are unfair and unjust.
Perhaps what i'm trying to say is many successful police interactions, that resolved public safety issues, were completed because of tactics that are effective.
Lots of people have died because of taser use from police, and now even talking about using them in schools, but nobody seems to have a big problem with that.
Talk about a dicotomy. would we be having this discussion if Garner had died from a taser. Would the story look more like this one:

You're right. He was heavily armed with unlicensed Skittles and Arizona Iced Tea, both of which are listed by the ATF as Class 3 controlled weapons. He snuck up on Zimmerman, who was minding his own business innocently, beat him, got shot, and then the Big Old Conspiracy faked the calls where Zimmerman said he was following Martin, cursed him, and expressly disobeyed police dispatcher instructions to leave it alone.
You don't need weapons to kill someone.

Well, if deluded Eagle is to be believed then we should all blame Republican governor Sandoval for the killing of two white cops in Nevada by white supremacists :
