What's disturbing is the number of Canadians that are brain dead, that idolize this nancy boy with the fancy toys...the shiny pony. Likely the same sort of hipster that swagger their supposed superior intellect and moral code to the world from their mom's basements.

Is everyone that afraid of JT? He's been an op party leader for less than a year, and he has all the cons peeing their pants. Why? Its like people I used to know at work, who couldn't demonstrate anything of value of themselves, so they attacked their co workers performance.

Start bragging about conservative performance and success, start pointing out the reason conservative policy is better, (oh and pay down the friggin debt) and perhaps legalize pot - its a no brainer unless of course we want to win the last industrial country to do so (cause it's coming) - and get on with the business of managing the country. Or, **** on the other guy and, as a political strategy to get another government, hope it sticks.

Like Loc's post below, Conservative Party supporters can not defend their party's performance. The best they can say is that they are JT. It's a sad commentary on the current state of the Canadian political system

Afraid of Justine?... The only group that need be afraid of him is the Liberal Party of Canada.

There is a reason that teh Dippers and Cons haven't issued any attack ads on JT, and the reason is that he is deteriorating as each day goes by.... Buddy self-destructs every time he opens his mouth

Yes, there's no denying Justin is inept. Resorting to baby talk only lowers oneself to a status below Justin. Clearly that is where capt belongs.

Awwww.... Did I hurt your little feelers?

Sorry bud... You should mend that boo-boo before it gets infected

the fervor shown by member 'Locutus' in attempting to prop-up his 'shiny' play is quite touching... the guy is really passionate for his cause! But ya, if only he and the rest of the bots could expend even a modicum of fervor/passion in actually defending the Harper Conservative performance, now that... that would be value-add! Instead... all they present is hostile negativity toward Opposition parties/leaders... apparently, as a deflection mechanism against the indefensible Harper Conservative record.

Can anyone even tell me why Jr. is still being discussed. If he is the Liberal leader in the next election he'll fare worse than the last two losers Ignatieff and Dion!

Re: More shiny ponyness

For God's sake Colpy, Justin Trudeau is at least as intelligent as you are...or as I am for that matter. I've watched and listened to a
half dozen of his speeches........He's not stupid. He may not be an aggressive, hard nosed, politician but maybe we already have enough of those.

Trudeau is a million times smarter than colpy and still an idiot, figure out what that makes colpy

Is everyone that afraid of JT?
Nope, just afraid of what he'll do to the country if given a chance to f*ck it it up. Because that's exactly what he'll do.

The best they can say is that they are JT.
Drinking at the casino were you?

It's a sad commentary on the current state of the Canadian political system
Not nearly as sad as fanboi's like you all bent out of shape because some people mock your hero JT.

Ummm...

The difference between folks like me and the Conservative Party and their supporters is that I can argue against his ideas without acting like I'm ten.
So you think waldo's a conservative plant too?

Of course. On Monday I pointed out to RCS that he would disappear or at least mellow out after getting his AISH on Wednesday and restocking the beer fridge with Keystones.

Guess who vanished for a few days?

Like I've said before, given Trudeaus lack of political skill and goofy ideas, any competent party should be burying him in the polls. The Conservative Party has nothing to offer Canadians. They haven't been smart with taxpayer dollars and their socially conservative agenda is not popular with most Canadians. The fact that so many people are willing to consider Justin as an option says volumes about the Conservative Party's performance. When an old Reformer like me can't stomach the idea of voting Conservative, that should up some red flags. Conservative supporters think that slagging Justin will make people more apt to vote Conservative. Not only are they wrong, they are stupid.

Yeah....a 21st century Marxist is calling me an idiot.

lol

I'm real impressed.

Sonny, you don't even have the brains to recognize a failed philosophy when 100 million have died in a futile effort to create the socialist utopia.........Marxism has been the cause of more misery and death than any other cult.

Being called a idiot by a Marxist is really quite amusing.

The Conservatives should just keep their mouths shut and continue doing their governing thing. JT will (hopefully) self-destruct as long as the Cons don't do/say anything stupid. They need to scrap any derogatory ads about the opposition and emphasize what they have done for the good of the country.

Like I've said before, given Trudeaus lack of political skill and goofy ideas, any competent party should be burying him in the polls. The Conservative Party has nothing to offer Canadians.

Let's see:

balanced budget

sensible child care legislation

almost rational gun legislation (not loosening fast enough, but the others would tighten restrictions)

support for our allies

support for Israel

participation in the war against the Islamic State.

economic growth

they threw Iran out

disregard bordering on contempt for the UN

resisting Putin by supporting Ukraine

ignoring UN small arms regulations

bringing transparency to reservation budgets

That is quite a bit............and I will continue to vote Conservative on that basis.

I stopped reading after balanced budget. The fact that you probably weren't embarrassed to type that kinda proves my point.
