we up to four now...even when in Canada, seriously?

if so, be careful dude, chances are you are more likely to shoot your foot off

No, not in Canada... have to leave it in a Safe Deposit Box when I return.. however, I'm in Canada for 1 day, max 2, then 3 weeks in the USA.

I just claim I live in Canada for health care.. other than that, the least amount of time up there, the better.

The Supreme Court is chock full of idiots.

They wouldn't know a constitutional right if it bit them on the ar$e, and they could care less.

Technically speaking, there is no constitutional right in Canada to possess firearms freely.

Maybe in the US there is, but not in Canada.

Don't get me wrong, I think the whole issue over BB Guns and Pellet Guns is stupid. My brother and I along with a bunch of neighborhood friends used to all have BB guns and during the summertime, we'd play guns in the woods. Rule was that you don't aim above the stomach.

Baggy jeans were recommended.

.

There is a limited right in Canada, as written in the Bill of Rights of 1689.

Section 26 of the Charter says that all rights we once had, we retain. As British citizens, we retain the right to keep arms for our defense, as allowed by law. Currently in Canada, it is impossible for an average citizen to obtain a license on the basis of defense, so our laws are unconstitutional.

As for the justices not knowing anything about individual rights, just ask Mr. Whatcott.

We did exactly the same thing when we were kids. My son (who is 34) has one of the Colt replica pellet guns shown at the first of this thread, and it looks VERY realistic. We used to shoot it in my back yard. I guess not any more.
