Ummm.... Capitalism isn't a form of government. Capitalism is a cancer that feeds on greed and mindless consumption. Capitalism has enslaved humanity with dept: we are all indentured slaves and those in charge, those who own our governments, are psychopaths that don't care whether you live or die, they just want obedient workers and consumers. 90% of what we consume, we don't need. The ego wants more and more and more, without consideration for future generations. This insanity has to end soon or we face the consequences.
BTW Cliffy your computer is made out of petroleum products. And it was probably shipped from China on a container ship that runs on diesel. That electricity powering your PC doesn't come from the farts of anarchists, it is likely powered by the oil industry in one form or another.
I agree with a lot of what you say, Cliffy. A line should definitely be drawn, but who's to draw it and how's it to be enforced? I think there has to be some sort of system of merit, so that those who work the hardest/smartest and produce the most get to reap a commensurate share of the rewards. It doesn't really matter what you do, there are always going to be "winners" and "losers"...........that's just human nature.
There are a lot of smart people working on alternatives to the present death cult of capitalism, looking at more equitable systems of governance and sustainable technologies. People are beginning to pull away from the status quo way of doing things and developing ways to live in harmony with the Earth, each other and with all living things. You won't find any of it on mainstream media because it is not in their best interests. We have the technology now. It is time to start transitioning away from oil and gas.

I have read the book I recommended, it is a very good read, very detailed. I also read his Bolivian Diaries many years ago, as well as his reflections on the Cuban revolutionary war. I understand the fascination over Guevara, he was a fascinating man.....as I said, a true believer.
But he was WRONG.
There was only one ending possible for him, even Fidel understood that. That is why Castro basically sent him out of Cuba to fight for world-wide socialism......he knew he would die in the attempt.

You as a consumer have a choice. If you support a business you vehemently oppose you are part of the problem. My guess is there are lots like you who want hemp computers with solar dishes and little windmills, but find it easier to complain than change.
