Everybody hurts Cliff's feelings.
Well, then, by gum everybody oughta be fired as Prime Minister of Canada!

Reading some of the responses and hearing reaction from some friends of mine, I do get a kick out of the double standard. When the Reform/Conservatives talked about recall, those on the right generally supported them and those on the left generally criticized them. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, it's amazing how peoples attitudes change.
Yep, like my thread on Kaci Hickox. It's because political true believers, despite their bafflegab, have no principle beyond "my team wins."

So if be some freak of nature, Harper is fired by the GG, who would become PM? Who is the deputy PM? I wonder if somebody like Don Baird would wind up PM. He would be Canada's loudest.

It ain't gonna happen...

A bunch of welfare Libtards starts a petition... cut their welfare checks off..then they will have bigger problems to worry about.

I know but I am pretty sure if it did the next PM would not be Mulcair or Justine. It would be another PC.

Wouldn't matter.. The next lobby group would be already in the wings waiting with their petition with the necessary signatures to have the following guy fired.

On the upside, it would make having elections pointless... Think of the savings to the taxpayer!

The only ones that can petition for a recall of Harper are the constituents of his riding. I don't see that happening. Anything else is just political grandstanding by sore losers.

I am, prepare for some fun

this type of attitude about individuals receiving welfare is biased and ignorant in the extreme.

a welfare recipient got elected as mayor (last term) to the city of Waterloo...she did a good job, she is well educated, worked hard and learned her way...

your bias and prejudice is reflective of your lack of tolerance and understanding of the big picture

In that case, I am going to get into politics... and if I get voted in as PM you truly will not recognize Canada. ;)

I'd really like to see that. Actually, I'd like to see how ANYONE could get "elected" PM of Canada.

Well, certainly asking an unelected representative of another country's unelected hereditary monarch is a great way to start the election reform process!

The GG is the Queen of Canada's representative.

You know if this Libtards claim Harper should not be Prime Minister, I guess the same goes for Obama as over 200,000 illegal immigrants voted in the last election.

Yup, you definitely aren't Canadian any more, if you ever were.

That's really unfortunate - I think Harper is a good PM and one who I hope is around for awhile, especially since the alternatives suck at this time. He may not be flamboyant but he's what this country needs. Besides, his hair isn't THAT bad lol
