Thanks, I am now informed. Guess it explains why you have it bookmarked.
How odd that Russian advice for the US seems to be rather reasonable compared to what is taking place on the ground.

MOSCOW, August 20 (RIA Novosti) - The events in Ferguson, Missouri, should sober the US government or race-related conflicts may become more frequent, Russian Foreign Ministry Human Rights Commissioner Konstantin Dolgov said in an interview with Rossiya 24 news channel.
“We think US authorities should pay closer attention to burning internal problems, including those related to ethnicity and race that still exist in the United States. Try to solve them via legal constitutional practices rather than unjustified and inadequate violence,” Dolgov said.
“What is happening in Missouri right now should have a sobering effect on US society and authorities. They are systematic problems. They are by no means limited to one particular city or state,” the commissioner added.
Dolgov pointed out the regularity of such confrontations and warned of a possible increase in the frequency of the conflicts. At the same time, US authorities are failing to create a dialogue with US citizens, as they rely too heavily on the use of brutal force, according to Dolgov.

Based upon what I have read and heard to date yes. However, it seems each day brings new facts and I am likely not privy to all of them.

Isn't the narrative that Brown had his hands up? If that was the case, those entry wounds are in the right place.

Hands and arm positions in front of the body do not always mean that a person is surrendering... That is also the positioning for someone taking an aggressive stance

Been living and working in Washington for years now. Sharpens the skills at reading codewords and the meaning behind the statment.

You just defined 'assumption '

In this case, Michael Brown's character has nothing to do with the issue

Brown's character is highly applicable. His actions were highly aggressive in terms of the strong-arm incident and there is a reasonable opportunity that his mentality was similar in the confrontation with the cop

A point I have made earlier - problems go on domestically that never get solved because we are so intent upon sticking our noses into everyone else's business.

So what you're really saying is that it was Brown's constitutional right to assault a cop, take his side arm and hold up a few banks I guess.

.. Shall we keep going on the over zealous extrapolations or can you possible deal with the issues that are presented?

Choice is yours

Well maybe that's why Wilson came out shooting.. Michael Brown was a dead man once he sucker punched Wilson in the car.

That's why Brown was running. He wouldn't have turned unless he was grazed on the arm by the first shot, there'd be no reason to turn otherwise.. every wound after that was consistent with defensive posture or surrender.

Unfortunately that's not just cause for shooting someone six times.. it just means you had a really pissed off policeman.

He's a Democrat .. all the history you need.

Jay Nixon has turned Missouri into one og the most aggressive Death Penalty States in the U.S... equalling Texas with 7 executions this year.. even after a series of botched executions brought the whole process under review.

I don't think you'll find a cause Nixon won't support providing it bolsters his political ambitions. Right now he seems to think the victim's advocates hold sway.. but he'll turn on a dime, if he deems it is polically advantageous.

Yep, it is. Point was, location of bullet entry and exit holes alone tells you next-to-nothing. Without more evidence, the autopsy results can confirm multiple and conflicting versions of what happened.
