Whoops, my bad... It's an article with a couple sentences and no sources but it does have a random picture of a CT Scan (they took off a medical website) with (FILE IMAGE) written underneath it... I may have been wrong seems like a legit source after all.

Preferably to a jurisdiction like Orange County, with a high population of current and retired cops and firefighters. That's how the cops who beat Rodney King got off.

Surely the St. Louis area has a comparable jurisdiction.
