Can't stand Harper or Christianity, yet you are under the impression that they are to act as your own personal fail-safe each and every time that you have a problem.

So let me ask you: What have you personally done to alleviate the pain and injury of these Gazan children?

Interesting.

You, as an individual, are not prepared to actually do anything about the pain and suffering of Gazan children, but you see fit to not only question Harper and Christians on their actions in addition to heap as much abuse and insult on them for taking the very same actions as yourself.

Here's another question for ya'll... Have you ever reached out to any of the many unfortunate groups throughout the World and helped (other than wishing good fortune from Thor or Hercules, etc)?.. Maybe sent cash? Actually went to those locations and provided aid, support, labour, supplies, etc?

... This upcoming fact may be a little upsetting for you, so think about sitting down... Harper and numerous Christian organizations do exactly that all over the World each and every year.

So, with this in mind and with the belief that you personally have done nothing; are you personally, in fact, more deserving for derision and ridicule that what you mete out constantly to the aforementioned groups?

If Harper can't be convinced that killing Palestinian children is wrong then he sure as hell can't be convinced that helping the survivors is right.

Why Palestine and not countries like Syria or Iraq, where the people face far worse hardships then the BS in Gaza?

Gaza sounds sexy or something is my guess. Let Israel and Hamas go at it, it's war, whereas you have the bastard son of Al Qeda slaughtering everyone in Iraq and Syria who dont follow their specific brand of Islam.

I'm not clear about this - why would by it necessary or desirable to bring these vulnerable children to Canada? Why not take them to Turkey or Egypt where there is greater proximity to family and to language/cultures more in tune with their own?

That's an excellent question gopher.

I certainly can't state what solution is best for these injured folks, but hauling them 1/2 way around the world to an entirely new and different culture including a different language, customs and norms would seem to be a last resort as opposed to the possible solution that you proposed
