Actually, evidence suggests in the Waco situation , that Koresh was fired upon by the idiots of ATF the moment he opened the door.........that may, or may not be true, but they were at least incredibly incompetent and negligent.

I listened to the sheriff at Waco interviewed on the CBC shortly after the fire. He was in tears, and asked "Why did they not just ask me to go out there? I knew them. I could have knocked on the door and arrested him. I've DONE IT BEFORE" (from memory) He had arrested Koresh at a previous time for attempted murder, and seized weapons.........with no trouble. Koresh was found not guilty of the charges, and released with his guns.

In the Ruby Ridge situation, there is no debate. US Marshalls open fired on a 14 year old boy and his dog.

The above post was a reflection on the killing of children by gov't agents, and a list of those that died at their hands at Waco Texas.
