I'd say so.... Isn't at least one of them supposed to accompany a family member - and why didn't he/she recognize a way-beyond-drunk party-goer (whether in Quebec or not)

I'm not sure whether it should be a point of pride or an embarrassment what passes for scandalous political gossip in this country.

Either way, I could care less.

Most of us have picked up a drunk kid from a party they shouldn't have been at.
I certainly did cause I had a relationship with my kids that said I am not pleased
but I would rather drive over in the night and pick them up at the door than pick
them up off the stained pavement.
Yes its the Prime Ministers place yes the son was having an 18 year old style
party like any other kid. Hell I got in the bar when I was sixteen never mind 19
I look at this as a family matter first. Oh I know Mr law and order and the only
way is the right way and all that but hey they are a family with problems like any
other
Its not like the kid has a drinking problem they were young adults having a party
and it went too far end of story

Yep, when I was 16 I was drunk every weekend, actually I was drunk every weekend (and some week days too) until I was 45. -:)
