Just checked.....the link work just by clicking on it....asterisk and all....hmmm

Anyway, I found the real answer, no thanks to cap.

"The point I made," Justin Trudeau insisted — illustrating that he'd better explain it again, and fast — "was that, despite all of our freedoms ... we are up against countries that play by different rules that we would never accept."

I don't see how this equates to Trudeau admiring dictatorships, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering how much Cons will lie for political points.

This aligns quite nicely with the OP.

Would you care to expand on that or do you think it's earnest enough to assume Trudeau just admires dictatorship at face value?

China but he was just having a ha ha moment- Cuba's Fidel Castro.
2 makes it plural

This sounds like another half truth.

Can you expand on whatever commentary on Castro equates with supporting a brutal dictatorship?

I was just about to insert that little bit of content that conservatives have been pushing ahead of each other to exclude.....

I don't think this post had anything to do with China. Despite the Capn's rather obvious attempt to change the channel.

Trudeau expressed his admiration for a (brutal) dictatorship... End of story

If that reality doesn't fit with your preconceived beliefs of what you want Trudeau to represent, well, that's your row to hoe, not mine

Well cannot read the next page but here goes .

At the cost of looking like I am supporting any of these two I would like to make a point.

I voted for what I thought was a Preston Manning inspired Party when I voted for Harper.

I'm tired of wincing at this man's rule.

I did not mind the spin they produced in order to gain absolute power over the Canadian people.

But this is out right defamation of character and character assignation with lies. It destroys any semblance of Political Party decency.

Too be honest I don't get what people are so afraid of in Justin.

No , actually I do. I've been conned and voted under the influence of the kool aid.

If for any other reason than the sheer bull**** our government produces with a billion dollar tax dollar action plan ad campaign, I am jumping ship. Pure spin and some of it proven to be false and to the common man self promotion at the cost of actually producing something other than this new found three part time job Canada, a huge swath of the population lives with as normal

The Liberals ,what ever you might want to call them, are not anti semites.

And shoot me in the back if you want , but that China statement made sense to me. I understood it, as to the fact he admires the fact they get things done quickly when needed and not have to go through Parliament Hill's political hoops. He immediately talked of municipal and the Northern Territories kind of administration.

Here have a read on what he continued to say, and not just the sound byte that the same sort of mentality uses to defame him as some sort of pro Iranian Regime nit wit.

But if I were to reach out and say which...which kind of administration I most admire, I think there's something to be said right here in Canada for the way our territories are run. Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and the Yukon are done without political parties around consensus. And are much more like a municipal government. And I think there's a lot to be said for people pulling together to try and solve issues rather than to score points off of each other. And I think we need a little more of that.

But Sun News can now report that I prefer China.
