Considering more people are becoming deniers, I disagree with your premise that those who promote any notion of AGW are champions of propaganda.

No it's just the opposite, more people are becoming believers ... With the floods in Calgary, Toronto and around the world, massive first fires and heat and the extreme winter this year... People with half a brain are getting the picture, then there are those who have no brain or somehow figure this will cost them money or are greedy useless Fula in our society..

The bottom line is that there are probably dozens of factors that influence weather and climate, one of them being that pollution causes warming.

Interglacial periods cause warming. They've been doing it for 250 million years.

An interglacial period is not actually a 'forcing' if I understand correctly. There are natural events but the mounting evidence shows temperatures are increasing at a higher rate than what would otherwise be noted during this interglacial period.

I will defer to Tonnington (or L Gilbert) if I am mistaken in this line of reasoning.

There are probably six billion more people on the planet than during the last interglacial period. It is bound to have some effect. But a massive wealth shift from 1st to 3rd world countries will not cure that and may even increase the population in these countries.

I agree on the policy front, that a massive redistribution of wealth won't resolve this problem. But we don't have to be so black and white about policy.

Yeah, back at ya...

Look weather and climate has been changing on earth before mankind as we know it... But you can't honestly say or believe that the chemicals, pollutants and other human factors have not caused damage to our ecosystem ?? You're a fool if you say NO.

...called weather

...and changes in weather or extreams is called climate change.

Double true... pollution, chemicals etc. can damage the environment.

The climate will change regardless of what we do.

No.

Does anyone remember the acid rain hysteria of the Seventies, Eighties and Nineties? I remember being taught about acid rain at secondary school, in which we were told that it was killing the trees on our planet and that, if we don't act, there will eventually be no trees left.

Strangely enough, it's been a hell of a long time indeed since there has been any mention of acid rain. It seems to have, riather suspiciously, been "forgotten" about.

I've got a feeling th Global Warming hysteria will go the same way by the end of this decade.

The acid rain hysteria of the Eighties and Nineties told us us the world's trees are being destroyed. Nobody mentions it now.

Tell me a about it. Remember tuberculosis a.k.a. "consumption." The liberals used to moan and piss on and on about how it was killing millions of people every year. Now you never hear about tuberculosis anymore. Just more liberal hysteria.

Nothing has changed B00Mer other than sensationalization of weather.

Nonsense. The concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has increased appreciably.

What planet are you on? Open your phonebook to the green pages and look up where your local TB clinic is.

It (CO2) increased substantially during the last interglacial period too. Fred and Barney did it?

Since you're probably too busy smoking crack, I found the TB clinics in your area.
