No, the Pope said that Motar's sect is not Church. Les's is even less.
Sobey's sells bananas, but not Canadian Tire. If I were short on bananas, I might shop at Sobey's. I would not shop at Canadian Tire for bananas, but I might for windshield washing fluid.
If I were short on Church, I wouldn't shop at Les's. I might shop for humour and little wisdom, and perhaps a dose of reality at Les's.

I suppose if you call an acknowledgement of reality a belief system, you may be right.

Yes, that's what i call my belief system.. an acceptance of the ultimate reality.. unconstrained by the necessity of the senses alone to confirm it, and the contradictions that such a stilted, imcomplete and imperfect construct imposes.

It can only be expanded into a comprehensive whole by revealed Truths, reason.... and faith.

Ahhh, faith; the tool with which all your ifs, maybes, and other fabrications of the imagination are assembled into what you refer to as "ultimate reality". lol If I can think of it, it must be real. Priceless!

Well, if you think Grasshopper is unusually brutal, here is another: silly. This is a forum you posted for discussion. If you think posts which declare your position absurd are cruel, don't post absurd positions.

In formal debate, Spade, form is as important as content. "Ad hominem" statements are not only bad form, but contribute nothing substantive to the discussion. In God's economy, the Spirit in which we speak is as important as the message:

"You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell." (Matthew 5:21-22 NIV)

In the mountain sermon in Matthew 5-7, Jesus introduces the Spirit of the law as recorded in Exodus 20. Concerning murder, Jesus equates spiritual homicide with physical murder. Traumatizing the spirit of another through verbal and emotional abuse is as detestable in God's sight as taking a life.

This is not a formal debate forum. Anything goes, and some find people being serious funny. I think that a lightness of spirit is the key to heaven. One cannot be enlightened by being serious (or as the hippies used to say "heavy").

Dear Motar,
Argumentum ad hominem is the only avenue left when reasoned argument is neither considered nor read.
As always trying to save you,
Spade

PS
Be good, Grasshopper, the gods are angry!

A gondola for the birth canal, and something from Venice.

I have just the outfit.

there are two births and two baptisms, the first the souls full immersion in the watery meaty body, the second by the spirits awakening to the rational mind

two mothers two births two baptisms, we are born first into matter and the second more important birth later into full mind,
so we all have to be born again, mentally, or we don't grade
