I'd address your point except I have no idea what you are referring to...if you have a specific issue about a specific post of mine, feel free to bring it up and we can discuss it.

When the fact don't support your argument, some people just change the argument. That's what Das does. It won't be long now and he'll accuse you of "dancing". That's Das code for "I give up"

Wrong, Das just sees through your bull sh*T-:)

Cannuck- I guess I would be baffled if someone in their right mind was broadcasting to the whole wide world, how mentally deficient they
are. You are as transparent as glass and every response is predictable and void of any intellect! -:)

That would be incorrect. Anyone who rents is also paying property taxes. It is part of the cost of their rent.
Hmmm why did you miss the part where I asked if your landlord paid ? Maybe because even though a portion of your rent helps pay the tax you really don't have any vested interest . Do you ?

Really renters do have a vested interest because as taxes go up so too does their rent. Perhaps a better system would be to have the rent receipt show how much is for rent and how much goes to various levels of government. Might just make renters more aware of what is happening or not with their money.

Do you really not think that renters pay 100% of the taxes? Do you think that landlords are running a charity?

What a man LOL

I would hope the people of Toronto are smart enough not to reelect a delusional drug smoking psychopath.

But then again I could be wrong
yet those same people of Toronto voted for a lying, tax and spend liberal government over and over again!

P.S. the people of Toronto also think the Leafs will win the Stanley cup some day!

Don't laugh. Stevo is still riding the 37% majority.
It doesn't matter if it was 37%! 37% is all it took to win a majority.

How do you get away from lying and stealing in the political spectrum?
Unfortunately, most vote for what they believe is the lesser of the evils!
We also vote for a Party, which sucks. No Party represent me personally.
I think we need to abolish the party system, and have our MP's which represent the majority in our ridinga as independents which can vote freely on any subject and not just be 'YES MEN' to a party.

We should also consider having 'vote representation', not the 'first through the gate' system.
Kicking a party or person out is pretty much all the power we have once we elect them.

yup, the system needs to be reformed, we've out grown it or it has outgrown us
