Yes and I'm sure that appeals to the dolts who voted them in-sadly.
Even a SOB like me felt bad for that woman.
It is a real shame. They ran on a platform that was ostensibly about respect for taxpayers, but I have never in my life seen a politician act with such contempt for his constituents.
He went on and on about how hard it would be for him to serve all the people in Toronto with his limited budget, but clearly he has no interest in serving a large portion of Toronto's residents in the first place. It is the most cynical form of politics possible.
Luckily, this prolonged episode does seem to be focusing a spotlight on his incompetence so bright that even many of his former supporters are seeing him for who he really is.

I think putting pretty much anyone from Toronto who can answer questions in coherent sentences and without looking like they are about to have a heart attack can only improve our image. I think that too many people are getting the idea that "Ford Nation" makes up a much larger portion of Toronto than it really does.
It will come out if they choose to enter it as evidence into any of the various criminal matters at hand.
If Lisi goes to court over the extortion charge, then we should get a chance to see the video after that is done.
I watched Rob Ford last night on the news. I couldn't believe how stupid he is. His little story about Iraq invading Kuwait made no sense at all. His elephantine romp after a heckler that ended with a lady almost trampled should have ended with Ford being taken away in a strait jacket.

Actually I think Toronto's reputation is fine. I don't think they really give a hoot who's running around in City Hall. It's a business town, not a political one. So in order to show their contempt for politics, why not make the jester king?
