Sure there are, he appears as a character in Hebrew, Christian,and Islamic scripture, he's a common subject of popular fiction, he's widely believed to exist and have certain characteristics, the contemporary view of him and his historical development can be linked to roots in many cultures, he's an idea that's clearly evolved over time and there are testable historical explanations for that, etc. What do you think a fact is?

I thought most on this thread demand emperical data. For me Satan is a fact. Christ more so. Angels, yes. It ain't just us. We are not alone.

Seems a reasonable position to me. He created us flawed, if he has the characteristics usually ascribed to him you have to believe that he knew exactly what would happen, and let it happen anyway when he could have made things different. That means he's responsible.
There's no empirical data that would support those claims, but there's plenty of empirical data about what people believe about those claims. You've just provided some.

He has too many human traits to be truly a god: jealous, angry, vengeful, contradictory and just plain mean (OT) and then gets some anger management training, mellows out some by killing off his own son.
