Since the tea partiers know that
1. Obamacare is now the law (even the Extreme Court says so).
2. So the senate is not the obstructionists there.
3. So the tea partiers are still wasting taxpayers money every time they try to get the bill passed.

House passes a bill... sends it to the Senate... they won't even take it up equals obstructionism. So much for working together and compromising.
