Obamacare IS the law of the land, has already saved many lives, and has saved people MILLIONS of dollars contrary to the beliefs and wishes of the right wing delusionals.
Obamacare has increased my health care costs. My family is much more important than anyone else. Anything that hurts my family is bad and must be resisted.

One problem I see is Gov't employees are comprised of a mixture of industrious, dedicated workers and bureaucrats- I'm not sure what the percentage of each is, but the trick is to lay off the right ones. While a very few bureaucrats are needed (like the ones who do the payrolls) most of them are not and should be either laid off or reassigned to a useful position.

I have posted on this forum plenty of evidence which proved that 45,000 Americans died every year from lack of health care thanks to the stupidity of the Republican party. This is a holocaust that killed over one million people since the days of Reagan. Had this happened anywhere else in the world right wingers would be demanding that the USA intervene with guns and money.
