That is correct. Or any other ideology. I've had people consult me because they were discriminated against because of their political beliefs. It takes time and effort to get it through their thick skulls that there is no law forbidding discrimination based on political belief, position, or affiliation.
I agree. But the application of this rule becomes problematic when applied to African Americans who are politically monolithic.

Sorry, but it sounds like you are saying you want to discriminate against blacks, but since that's not allowed you prefer to say you're discriminating against liberals so you can get them that way.
