Do you love Satan and demons as scriptures say you should?

I'm thinking her pet would say it's day is going a tad worse. Just sayin ....

You need something like a pile of driftwood to cremate something. I bury the pets that die near a tree. Wrap them in a personal belonging and not much more you can do.

That would depend on how you view the Hyksos expulsion, the Exodus to me, but you are right in that we have no real proof of most of what is in scriptures and we have much to refute it's historic claims.

I've noticed that you refuse to take on Mhz's argument s in direct debate - why is that, FP? Fear of expertise?

FP isn't the only one I have encountered that is sometimes shy of having a comeback argument for what I propose God meant when a certain Scripture is applied to the here and now. A lot of people are resistent to Rome being in the brass period and the 70 weeks is a done deal.

I'm sure, on a Sunday morning, we all admire you, MHZ, for boldly taking faith where no Christian has gone before...
I DO believe
Frenchie should show the 'courage of his convictions' and respond to your logic.

Hardly.

Fear that he will hide behind prophecy, as he does above, fantasy, miracles and magic and we will end nowhere.

Combined, they are still a smaller hurdle to get over than denial, even x2 as in you two. lol

So, what you are REALLY trying to say, MHZ, is that YOU can't produce ANY Scriptural logic?

The ones Jesus was addressing in Matthew 23 were a bit more than hypocrites. They are the ones behind the plot to kill Jesus and their 'fathers' would have been the ones responsible for the exile into Neb's Babylon. If you compare the description to the harlot in Revelation you will find all the points in her description match only one entity in all of the Bible, wayward Israel. The 144,000 are sealed so there would be somebody from the 12 Tribes to witness the return. When God determines you will be a widow that is what happens.

Re:18:7:
How much she hath glorified herself,
and lived deliciously,
so much torment and sorrow give her:
for she saith in her heart,
I sit a queen,
and am no widow,
and shall see no sorrow.

La:1:1:
How doth the city sit solitary,
that was full of people!
how is she become as a widow!
she that was great among the nations,
and princess among the provinces,
how is she become tributary!
La:1:2:
She weepeth sore in the night,
and her tears are on her cheeks:
among all her lovers she hath none to comfort her:
all her friends have dealt treacherously with her,
they are become her enemies.

Ro:11:25:
For I would not,
brethren,
that ye should be ignorant of this mystery,
lest ye should be wise in your own conceits;
that blindness in part is happened to Israel,
until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

I would like to point out I am at least posting some Scripture, that you would have to find it logical is asking a bit much of this reader.
Guess where I read that part??

I'd rather cover this point first, "scriptures have lost their value thanks to the churches". The 1611KJV was translated from the original Greek (for the NT) and the original Hebrew (for the OT)

Are you saying the Torah is corrupted beyond repair because it was kept as an oral book for centuries??
I'm pretty sure God would have had Daniel and his 3 friends write it down so it was letter perfect, that means the final installment (the NT) would also be kept as being letter perfect. Don't blame `me for that point being withheld from you two. Apparently with the Bible mileage will vary. lol

1Th:5:21:
Prove all things;
hold fast that which is good.

The Bible has the crossing at the Bittern Lake narrows, you sure they are the same story.` Just like a flood of water over land is not the same as one via rain. Little details like that actually matter. Same as king of the underworld is no0t the same as king of the living.

Now why would Jews who spoke Hebrew have Greeks write their scriptures?
Jews knew how to write.

Why would the N T be written by an ex-Jew, Josephus a Roman royal, when writing about a Jewish messiah.

Rather handy for the winners and authors of the Wars of the Jews to write the N T.

My first reference to churches was speaking to the fact that they teach of the Jewish elevation of man in Eden in their plagiarized way to a fall.

If Christians cannot get the beginning of a myth right, it is not likely that they will understand the rest of it.

Why indeed, just imagine a few Jews who have never been out of the area hosting Jews from all the neighboring Nations and have everybody understand each other. Let alone the writing ability that was part of the package. Poor Saul, reading the Lord's prayer out loud (in Greek)from 'a 'ink still wet' Gospel' really changed his path didn't it.

Ac:2:6:
Now when this was noised abroad,
the multitude came together,
and were confounded,
because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
Ac:2:7:
And they were all amazed and marvelled,
saying one to another,
Behold,
are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
Ac:2:8:
And how hear we every man in our own tongue,
wherein we were born?

Why would the N T be written by an ex-Jew, Josephus a Roman royal, when writing about a Jewish messiah.
By NT do you mean the whole ending of the OT as well or do the 4 Gospels not detail the end of the 'bruise to the heel' from Ge:3:15.
Really the part that involves the Church doesn't really start until the 2nd part of Acts:10; Peter teaching Gentiles. Our Temple didn't come into being until the prophecy of Luke:21:24 was fulfilled in 70AD, it expires on the day the two witnesses die. For the next 4 days Satan will have a temple on holy ground in Jerusalem. The guide book is supposed to guide you through that last series of tribulations.

Rather handy for the winners and authors of the Wars of the Jews to write the N T.
Credit given where credit is due, writing the end before understanding the beginning is quite a feat, even in this day and age.

My first reference to churches was speaking to the fact that they teach of the Jewish elevation of man in Eden in their plagiarized way to a fall.
Which of the descriptions in the letters to the 7 (Greek) Churches . If you have heard of Revelation then you belong to one of those Churches.

If Christians cannot get the beginning of a myth right, it is not likely that they will understand the rest of it.

Beginning Ge:1-2
Ending Re:20-22

Getting the two bruises right is a tad harder, just so you know if if ever decide to actually open the book up. Careful, what happened to Saul could happen to you.

The biggest difference is the generations in the OT that are laid out is the genology that puts Mary, the mother of Jesus as being Eve's seed. The reality of how that one bruise plays out as finished in the story that the 4 Gospels cover.

The ones who discredit Saul as being as gathered as any Apostle or OT Prophet does not cover the fact that the Gospel of John and Revelation are written by a Disciple of John the Baptist and as such the words carry as much authority as if John wrote them down himself. When those two books are included as being authoritive the puzzles in many OR prophecies are answered in a plain and simple way. The length of the punishment for those killed by the sword in Isaiah 65 is answered in Re:20. The punishment will last 1,000 years and the 'little season' that see only fallen angels in that last rebellion and they are all sent to the fiery lake, the men under punishment come alive before God at the Great White Throne and they are greeted as being sinless. Beginning of the 'perfected earth'.

Heb:12:22:
But ye are come unto mount Sion,
and unto the city of the living God,
the heavenly Jerusalem,
and to an innumerable company of angels,
Heb:12:23:
To the general assembly and church of the firstborn,
which are written in heaven,
and to God the Judge of all,
and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

Saul.
Have you not heard that he was never real?

It was reported that the report you mention was just another baseless report.

You don't really thing Saul was just a pick that was established before the dawn of time. Simple luck of the draw (good or bad is a valid question), first one that was in the Matthew 23 crowd that said the Lord's Prayer would be 'chosen' for a special mission. Paul to the message to Jews in the various Nations before Gentiles were included in his teachings. It would also have been Jewish Scribes that made copies of all the literature that was being made available, including the Gospels a very short time after the cross rather than several decades.
